1. How can I order?

You can order our products with the following ways:

    * Direct order through our website
    * You can place your order through the phone at 210 8132280 from 09:00 to 17:00 everyday apart from Saturday and Sunday.

2.Payment Methods?

    * Credit Card (Visa, Master Card κτλ...).

    * Hand-by-Hand: You can pay at pick up

3. Transaction Security?

In order for bionaturel.gr to ensure the security of your credit card transactions, it uses the transaction system of Alpha Bank which in turn uses Delta Pay. bionaturel.gr does not hold credit card data. All procedures are performed inside the systems of the  bank for reasons of complete security.

4. How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are constant at 7 euros per order.

5. Can I pick up my order directly from bionaturel.gr?

Order pick up from the bionaturel.gr store can not be performed as bionaturel.gr is a pure online shop.

6. Are the products sold at bionaturel.gr new?

All products sold at bionaturel.gr are new and packaged with the original packages given by the manufacturers.

7. Can I track my order?

You can see the progress of your order in real-time by clicking on "New Orders" and seeing the status of your order. If the indication "New Orders" does not appear then it means that the orders have been sent.

8. Can I see details of my past orders?

In order to view past orders at bionaturel.gr, go to "My Account" and from there on to "Order History". At that point, insert the dates for which you want to view your past orders.
